Return Policy

RETURN / SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

For any products received with imperfections, if the shipping method is via courier delivery, we will arrange a recovery service within the next 14 days and the item will be collected back to the main office. We will arrange for a replacement piece and schedule for a dispatch to deliver the replacement item back to you within the next 14 days after the item is replaced. If the shipping method is via self collection, the item has to be sent back to the respective collection point and after the item is replaced we will dispatch the item back to the same collection point and update you to collect replacement item. Should there be no replacement items available, we will process a refund in credits to your account with no expiry date to offset any next purchase with us.
 
For any exchange of sizes, if we have available stock on hand for the design and size requested you may proceed to our main office for a one-to-one exchange provided the apparel is unwashed and without any perfume fragrance and any smell whatsoever. If we do not have any balance stocks on hand but records reveal warehouse may have stocks, you can return the apparel to our office and we will send it to the warehouse and request for a size exchange subject to stock availability and warehouse approval at the time of the request. This process may takes some time.
